DR. GAN KAM LING BY A WOMAN FOR ALL WOMEN My mission as a leading female obstetrician and gynaecologist based in Penang, Malaysia is to provide exceptional, personalised women’s health care. With more than 30 years experience, I’m known as one of the foremost leaders in laparoscopic surgery and an IVF clinician in the region. A woman’s health is very personal and sensitive, and as such requires a high level of specialisation and attention. I provide my patients with the highest level of care in Gleneagles Penang, a world-class hospital in Malaysia, where we aim to be at the forefront of knowledge in gynaecology, obstetrics, fertility and IVF. In 1993, I was awarded by Jaycees (Malaysia) with the “Outstanding Young Malaysian Award”. In 2005, I was awarded by Kwong Wah Yit Poh with the “Outstanding Woman Award”. Most recently in September 2016, I was given the Penang State Award “Distinguished Conduct Medal”.
